Ploma is announcing the launch of new hubs that will become an important part of the company’s continued development, the growth of LIFE, and the creation of new digital products.
We are launching three new directions: Gaming Bots, Lounge, and Social AI. Each hub will focus on its own area while working closely together to improve existing products, create new opportunities, and better understand the needs of our users and businesses.
Gaming Bots
Gaming Bots is a new Ploma direction focused on gaming bots, interactive products, and expanded integrations within LIFE. We will develop gaming mechanics, integrations with third-party services, and new ways for users to interact with bots.
However, the direction will not be limited to gaming. We also plan to actively expand bot capabilities for businesses, allowing companies to create their own tools, services, and user interaction scenarios directly within LIFE.
One of our key goals will be to continuously simplify and improve the tools used to create bots. With every update, we want development to become faster, easier, and more reliable, allowing creators and developers to launch their own projects dozens of times faster, and eventually even hundreds of times faster.
We aim to build a flexible ecosystem where developers and companies can go beyond using the existing capabilities of LIFE and create their own products, integrations, and services on top of the platform.
Lounge
Lounge will focus on social interaction, developing new communication formats, and gaining a deeper understanding of how users interact with LIFE. We want to create spaces and products that allow people to do more than simply exchange content and comments, enabling entirely new ways of interacting with each other.
One of the key responsibilities of Lounge will be analyzing how different formats are used, including posts, comments, and future features. By analytics, we mean understanding general trends only: which features users enjoy, which ones they use most often, which features cause difficulties, and what users complain about most frequently. This will help us understand what should be developed, improved, changed, or removed.
At the same time, user safety and privacy will remain one of the core principles of this direction. Analytics will not involve viewing private content, reading private conversations, monitoring individual users, or interfering with their personal lives. We are not going to track our users. Our goal is to understand how the product can be improved through anonymized and aggregated usage data.
In the future, we will also introduce the ability for users to directly share their opinions about LIFE, including suggestions for new features, integration ideas, improvements, and fixes. Lounge will collect and analyze this feedback so that the Ploma team can better understand user needs and make decisions based on their real experiences.
We do not want to simply build a product for our users. We want to develop Ploma and LIFE together with them, listen to their opinions, understand their needs, and turn their feedback into real improvements while maintaining a high level of privacy and security.
Social AI
Social AI will bring Ploma’s social products together with modern artificial intelligence capabilities and will become one of the key directions for AI development within the company.
Together with the Lounge team, we will analyze how AI features perform within LIFE: how useful they are to users, which capabilities are used most often, what needs to be improved or changed, and which solutions may no longer make sense to develop. This will allow us to continuously improve the quality of AI features and make them more useful and convenient.
Special attention will also be given to the efficiency of AI usage and its associated costs. We will analyze how AI is being used, optimize processes, and look for ways to achieve better results while using resources responsibly.
Social AI will not work exclusively on LIFE. In the future, the direction will also focus on understanding the needs of businesses and exploring opportunities to integrate AI tools into selected Ploma business products. This will allow us to create more specialized AI capabilities for companies and integrate solutions that are genuinely useful for their specific needs.
The main goal of Social AI is not simply to add artificial intelligence to our products, but to continuously improve how AI is applied, making it more useful, efficient, and accessible for both LIFE users and businesses.
A New Stage for Ploma
The opening of these new hubs marks the next stage in Ploma’s development. Gaming Bots, Lounge, and Social AI will operate as independent directions while complementing one another and creating new opportunities across the company’s ecosystem.
We will continue developing LIFE, improving existing features, creating new products and tools for developers and businesses, and exploring new ways to bring together social technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital experiences.
Creating dedicated hubs will also allow us to develop each direction in a more structured and effective way, manage resources and finances more efficiently, and better understand which projects require further investment and development. This will help Ploma maintain sustainable growth, improve product quality, and make more informed decisions about the company’s future.
In the future, this structure will also give us the opportunity to open new directions and create additional products for Ploma, expanding beyond the existing LIFE ecosystem.
We want to build products not only around technology, but around the people who use them. That is why feedback, security, quality, efficient resource management, and continuous development will remain at the foundation of our work.
